Alternative Bouquet and Garter Toss
A great alternative to the traditional bouquet and garter toss is to present these items to the longest married couple in attendance.  Get everyone involved by asking all the couples to join you at the tail end of your First Dance.  Your emcee will congratulate those couples together five years or less, and ask them to leave the floor.  He/she will continue with these increments, until you and the longest married couple are the last ones dancing on the floor.  This gives you and your new spouse an intimate way to honor this couple.
